REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

These Referral Program Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
ELIGIBILITY
- Participants must be 18+ with a verified email and an account in good standing.
- Administrative or test accounts are not eligible.
- Suspended or deleted accounts forfeit pending or future rewards.
REWARDS
- New members receive 3 free tokens at signup.
- New members who sign up with a valid referral code receive 3 additional bonus tokens after email verification (6 total).
- Referrers receive 3 bonus tokens after the referred member verifies email and remains active for 7 days without suspension.
- Maximum 10 rewarded referrals per referrer per calendar month.
- One referral code per new account; codes must be entered at signup.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- Self-referrals or accounts you control.
- Posting codes on coupon aggregators, Wikipedia, or mass unsolicited messages.
- Disposable emails, fake identities, or coordinated fraud.
- Any violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
FRAUD REVIEW
We may delay, deny, or revoke rewards and claw back tokens obtained through abuse.
FTC DISCLOSURE
If you share your referral code publicly (for example, in social posts, reviews, videos, or other endorsements) and you may receive a reward, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that connection to your audience, consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising, 16 C.F.R. Part 255 (see ftc.gov). A simple, unambiguous statement such as "referral link — I may earn tokens" placed where your audience will easily see it satisfies this requirement. Do not make false or misleading claims about WannaDate?.
CHANGES
We may modify or end the program at any time. Bonus tokens are promotional, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
TAXES
You are responsible for any tax obligations from referral rewards.
