You get 3 free tokens after you verify your email. Date Seekers send date requests for free — you are only charged 1 token when a companion accepts. Both sides use 1 token on accept. Declined or cancelled before accept? No charge. If the other member cancels after accept, you get your token back. Tokens pay for platform access, not dates.

Yes. Platform fees (tokens and Premium) are processed securely through Authorize.net. We never store your full card number on our servers.

Yes. You can cancel a pending date request at any time with no token charge. After a request is accepted, cancellation policies apply — see our Refund Policy for details on token refunds.

Premium includes unlimited tokens, ad-free browsing, premium browse filters (rating, recently active, interests, email-verified only, unseen-only), profile boost, priority support, who viewed me, read receipts in chat, a Premium badge, unlimited favorites and photos, unlimited winks for Date Companions (up to 100/day), and advanced analytics — cancel anytime. Pay-as-you-go token packs are ideal if you date occasionally; Premium suits active members who want unlimited access and exclusive tools.

Automatic token refunds apply when the other member cancels after accept. For purchase refunds (token packs or Premium), contact support with your transaction details. We may offer card refunds, token credits, or Premium extensions per our Refund Policy.

Winks let you show interest before sending a full date request. Date Companions can send winks to signal interest; Date Seekers can review winks in their inbox and connect only if they choose. Free Date Companions can send up to 3 winks per day; Premium Date Companions get unlimited winks (fair-use cap of 100 per day).

No. WannaDate? charges platform-access fees only (tokens and Premium) and never facilitates, brokers, or processes any payment between members. We have zero tolerance for paid dating, escorting, allowances, or other transactional arrangements. Date Style Level simply describes the vibe of a date (from casual to upscale), not a price.

Chat opens after a date request is accepted and is for planning your meetup — time, place, and logistics. It must not be used to negotiate money, gifts, allowances, or services.

Date Style Levels (1–5) and date expectations on profiles are informational only. They help members understand date preferences; they are not pricing or service tiers managed by WannaDate?.

Use Report Issue in the footer, visit a member's profile and tap Report User, or contact support directly. Our team reviews reports promptly and may suspend accounts that violate community guidelines.

If a member misses a scheduled date without notice, report it through our support system. We investigate reports and work toward resolution, which may include token refunds or account action per our policies.

Your contact details are not shared publicly on the platform. Only information needed to plan a meetup is visible to matched members. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Each member gets a unique code to share with friends. When someone signs up with your code and verifies their email, they receive 3 bonus tokens (6 total including the 3 free signup tokens). No. Public distribution on coupon aggregators, spam channels, or mass unsolicited outreach is prohibited and may result in revoked rewards. Share your code directly with people you know.
