FILING A DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE
If you believe that content on WannaDate? infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
Required Information
To be valid, your DMCA takedown notice must include the following information:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to permit us to locate the material

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Required Information
A valid counter-notification must include:
- Physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court
Important: If you submit a counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. They may file a lawsuit to keep the content removed.
REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WannaDate LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
In addition to responding to formal DMCA notices, we will also act on apparent infringement that comes to our attention through other means, such as user reports or our own review.
