Platform fees (tokens/subscriptions) are charged for access to features. The amount for the date is arranged directly between users using a method you both agree on. WannaDate? does not process or receive amounts arranged between users for dates—we only facilitate connections.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available in the following forms:
- Refund to the original credit card (processed within 5-10 business days)
- Token balance credits (instant)
- Premium subscription extensions (instant)
Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the circumstances. Token and premium refunds may be considered for documented no-shows, platform errors, or fraud; changing your mind, blocking the other party, or disagreements in chat typically do not qualify. See our Refund Policy for full criteria. The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties. Buying tokens or Premium gives you access to tools and features only—it does not guarantee that any request will be accepted or that any date will occur.
